You can download our APP from both IOS and Android stores. Also, our power banks are equipped with three different cables that are compatible with most mobile devices.

Usually, the power bank can fully charge 4 to 5 phones. But, depending on different situations, you may get a slower charging speed if you set two phones simultaneously or need a longer charging time if you watch a video while charging.

Don't worry, we won't charge you the use fee after the first 12 hours. And we won't charge the deposit in the first 12 hours. You can always return it to any available machine in the first 12 hours. After 12 hours, we will only charge the deposit —it will not influence your credit score.

After you return the power bank in the first 12 hours, you can transfer the deposit from our app to your card by yourself.

Usually, all our charging banks are fully charged and ready to use. However, if you find one that doesn't work, you can return it immediately, and we won't charge for it.
